Our Process

Step 1: Preparation

We use industrial-grade grinders and vacuums to prep the floor for a dust-free environment.

Step 2: Reconstruct

Cracks and pits are fixed using top-notch fillers and menders prior to the base-coat installation.

STEP 3: BASE COAT

Self-priming polyurea base coat is mixed and applied to the concrete floor.

STEP 4: CHIP

After the basecoat application is complete, we broadcast the vinyl chips to rejection to achieve 100% coverage.

STEP 5: SCRAPING

After the base coat dries, the floor is scraped and vacuumed to rid loose standing flakes.

STEP 6: CLEAR COAT

Next, we apply a UV stable, Polyaspartic clear coating to achieve the final look and better protection.
